The Bronze Package

This technical support package is available for everyone who is registered on the Novulo website and is intended for users who are looking to access the vast repository of technical help and information contained on the Novulo website. It is the most minimal package offered and only allows forum access and some minimal additional support.

The Silver Package

Our silver support package expands on the forum access offered in the bronze package, giving you a more hands-on technical support resource. Support for the silver package is offered in the form of a sophisticated online ticket system. By using the ticket support system, you can send in tickets for specific problems and questions in regard to the Novulo platform, which will then automatically reach the right contact person who can assist you in rectifying your issue. The ticket system guarantees that, within 8 working hours, you will be contacted by a Novulo expert to help solve your issue personally.

The Gold Package

If you want to be assured of receiving the most comprehensive support, Novulo offers the gold support package. The gold package contains forum access, the use of the online ticket system and a response from a Novulo expert within 6 hours, and 24/7 phone support as well. Questions can be asked directly to a professional Novulo developer, which means that your question gets top priority and given the maximum amount of attention needed to solve your particular issue. The gold package is perfect for heavy users of our software who are confronted with complex programming problems and issues.

Effective, Custom-tailored Training

If you start a new team and want to achieve maximum productivity within a short period of time, a custom tailored training program is the best approach, particularly if you plan on deploying Novulo using a team of developers who will interact with the software on a regular basis.
