This step describes how to start the Novulo Architect and how to create a new application from a template.

1. Login to Novulo.com or register here for a free trial account. When logged in, click the "start architect" link in the top right of the screen.
2. Depending on your browser and security settings you may need to approve the download. If prompted, choose "open" to start the Architect.
3. From the Architect's welcome screen, click the "To do list" template and provide a name for your system.
You can rename the application by selecting the root node in the 'Explorer' tree and enter a name in the 'name' field in the "home" section of the ribbon.
Now use the 'Novulo' start button (top left) to save the model.
* You will be prompted to choose a user page. Select "Dont choose a user page right now". We will be adding user management later on.
The To Do List template is a simple application in which you can create and manage Tasks. We will use this example application throughout this Getting Started to explain how the Architect and the Application server work.
